Sessions & Cancellations

We aim to provide every session we can, however we know due to circumstances out with our control this may not always be possible.

If we cancel a session or we are not able to provide the session due to Covid-19 please rest assured you will not lose out. We will issue a credit note for the classes you have lost or we will arrange to another time which suits both parties,

If we cancel the class term then you will receive a full refund.

Our aim is to work with all our parents to ensure we can make sure each child gets to enjoy their sessions as much as possible.


24 hour cancellation policy

More specifically for our 1-2-1s we operate a 24 hour policy, due to the popularity of the 1-2-1s and the amount of sessions we have to run per week. If you cannot attend the session and you cancel the session in 24 hours or under before the session starts we will try to rearrange if we can, however, if it is not possible we will unfortunately have to take the full payment.


COVID-19

If you cannot attend a session due to a family member being sick and displaying symptoms of covid-19 or your child is displaying symptoms, then you will not lose out on the session, as long as you contact us to let us know. We appreciate your effort to do the right thing so we will ensure you either get the session rearranged or a credit note for your honesty.


Subscription: BEFORE JOINING OUR CLASSES, PLEASE CAREFULLY READ OUR PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW:


>> We give all children who are trialing our classes 36hrs after their trial has finished to either accept or reject their space on our classes<<


1.Payments are debited from your chosen DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD on 1st of each month


Your payments to us are not a direct debit from your bank, it is a recurring card payment just like Netflix is.



2.Cancel with 30 days notice


Should you wish to cancel your subscription, we require a 30 day payment notice period to cancel your subscription. An example:


If you submit our form to cancel on 20th October, your final payment will be on 1st November. You will still have full access to the classes in November, and no further payments will be taken after this date.



3. Updating Your Payment Details


Should you ever need to update your card details, you can do so by emailing us. We will send you a direct link to do so. If a payment ever fails on 1st of the month, our system will automatically retry on 4th and 9th. After this date you will be prompted to update your card. 



4. Access to classes if payment fails


Should your payment fail on 1st of the month, you will not be able to access your child's class until we have received payment. Payment usually fails due to our customers having a new bank card which they need to update. The system will message you when your payment fails and will include a link to make a payment immediately. 


Please note: your monthly fee will still be due in full even if you miss a class because you have not been able to pay on time.



5. Sibling Discounts


We offer a 10% sibling discount on 2nd child monthly bookings with us. Once your subscription is activated by you putting your card details in, we will automatically update your subscription price to include your discounted plan with 2 or more children. ​



6.Your Space Is Secure


Until you tell us otherwise, your space is secured with payment each month. This way, you never have to miss a class and your child's football development will blossom!​



7.Payments Remain The Same Each Month


Your monthly price is an average of all of the classes in the year. For example some months have 5 sessions, others have 4. 

The price always remains the same as this is the most economical way of running our payments ​



8.Covering Payments


We can only take payment from you on 1st of each month, therefore when you sign up after your trial, any classes in that month will be added to the following months payment. E.G. If there are 3 classes after your trial in that month, we will add a 3 class covering payment to the following months payment. 


You will always receive an email notifying you of this.​
